The Lostlings의 The Yokai Show는 일본 민속에서 영감을 받은 세 가지 미니어처 레진 크리처를 선보입니다: Tanuki, Kappa, Keukegen.
I wasn't sure what to expect at this size, but each 2-inch creature holds its own personality—the Kappa's shell texture is genuinely crisp, and the Tanuki's pose makes me smile every time I glance at the shelf. They're a bit smaller than I pictured, but for a limited run of Japanese folklore figures
The little details on each yokai are incredible for something only two inches tall—the tanuki's belly and the kappa's shell ridge really pop under my desk lamp. They came well-packed and the resin has a nice weight to it, not flimsy at all. These are perfect for a folklore nerd's shelf.
I was a little worried they'd feel cheap at this size, but the resin has a nice weight to it and the Kappa's little shell texture is surprisingly crisp up close. All three fit perfectly on my bookshelf without taking over the space.
