The Yokai Show - Lil Kappa by Sad Salesmanは、Strangecat Galleryのコレクタブル・ビニールフィギュアで、2つの異なるエディションで展開されています。本作はMetroconショーケースの一部であり、古典的な河童キャラクターを遊び心のある解釈で表現しています。
The lil kappa's little bowl and the glossy eyes got me the second I unboxed it, way more detail than I expected for a vinyl this size. It's sitting on my desk next to my monitor and the two editions thing almost made me buy both. Solid weight too, doesn't feel cheap at all.
Didn't expect the paint job to be this clean for a vinyl figure, the little bowl on its head has this glossy finish that really pops on my shelf. Picked it up at the Metrocon showcase and it's easily my favorite pickup from the whole weekend.
The little kappa's shell has this subtle glossy finish that catches light on my shelf. Picked up the Metrocon edition and the paint lines around the eyes are way cleaner than I expected for the size.
