The artwork on the Kithkin and merrow cards is stunning, and I love how the new mechanics tie into the day/night cycle of Lorwyn and Shadowmoor. Cracked two packs and already pulled some beautiful Elves with fresh art that makes the old ones look dated.

Pulled a booster box and the shift between Lorwyn's bright fields and Shadowmoor's dark moods is wild—the new mechanics really shine on both sides. The Elf and merrow art has a painterly depth that photos don't do justice. Easily the most fun I've had cracking packs in a while.
